Massachusetts Bad Checks

A Debtor signing a Bad Corporate Check can render the signer PERSONALLY LIABLE.

M.G.L.C 93 Section 40A, states that a person who makes, draws, utters or delivers a check drawn on insufficient funds may be personally liable for that check if the check is not made good within thirty days after receipt of statutory notice. If your debtor signs a bad check company check personally, they may be personal liability for the check.
